MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2003 film?

Locked in a dark basement, Laura, a psychiatrist, terrified includes a video in which a man confesses to the camera being a serial murderer. Is Ramon, a seemingly normal and harmless type. Gagged and tied in a chair, Laura recognizes in him that her husband of two years. Ramon offers play Word Association. If he wins, he will leave, if you lose, you will draw an eye. Panicked, Laura accepts. So begins this tale of persecution, where the rules are constantly changing and no one knows who pursues and the persecuted. The story of two people who seek the truth. But the truth appears mixed with lies and cruel memories of facts of two people willing to play to the limit.
