MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2007 film?

Holly Kennedy is a teen widow who is directing your life again after the death of her beloved husband Gerry, whom he loved above all things. But one day, on the occasion of his 30th birthday, finds that he has left several letters, all with the same postscript: PS I love you. Obsessed with the letters and their contents, Holly's mother and best friends, Sharon and Denise begin to think that too is clinging to a past that will never return.
