MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2014 film?

Before the handover of Hong Kong in 1997 each native man who lives in the New Territories had the right to build a house of no more than 700 square meters. Having created social unrest, the government decides to exercise his right on the remaining land to build buildings. Law, driver of the rural magnate Luk, was jailed for murdering a large landowner in misfortune car. After leaving prison finds that the tycoon has a new right hand, Keung. With the help of his former prison mate Joe prick phones while Eva band, a materialistic mother with a dark past intersects with it. Through tracks, Law Keung find the plan that can change soil development in Hong Kong forever.
