MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1980 film?

Intense and desolate drama, described by critics as the last film in the punk -rock era. A young provincial lives a desperate situation: he feels trapped by the customs of his small town and its family atmosphere ; parents -presidiario him junkie she discharged onto her all her anger and frustration.
