MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1985 film?

Yugoslavia, 1948. Tito's break with Stalin marked the beginning of a period of repression. Mesa is a good man, husband and father of two children. On one occasion he escapes a critical commentary on politics, and her lover, resentful, she tells him the brother, a government official makes condemn him to hard labor.
