MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1989 film?

Events are set in December of 1981: mobs of purchasers descend in an already exhausted supermarket. All of the movie takes place on a ship carrying Poles on a cruise. Most people, however, have chose to jump ship with regards to docks in Hamburg. One of the people is a dissident highschool instructor sent abroad by Solidarity. He is carrying details of underground printing offices, contact points, etc. to sympathizers abroad whenever the work union is banned in Poland. He is under surveillance associated with the secret police, anxious getting their hands on the info. Once the ship is in the middle associated with the Baltic ocean, martial law is declared and the ship is militarized. The captain announces he will turn and get back the home slot. Many anguished passengers put the life vests on and jump in to the ocean, in which they truly are acquired by two German ships. The instructor, but chooses to go back to Poland and carry on the struggle for freedom.
