MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2001 film?

Set in the future, Metropolis is a grand city inhabited by humans and robots, the cohabitants in a strictly segmented society. In the chaos created by robot factions, detective Shunsaku Ban and his sidekick Kenichi seek the rebel scientist Dr. Laughton, to arrest him and take his latest creation, Tima, a beautiful teenager. When they located, Shunsaku soon realizes that the eccentric scientist is far from your reach, it protects a human being whose powerful fierce desire is to retrieve a tragic figure from his past.
