MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1965 film?

Movie consists of three stories, the first Shurik argues with a bully on the bus because it does not give seat to a pregnant woman: the bully is then sent to community, place shurik works, and of course, want to take revenge. In the second Shurik, in his quest to study material, you realize that this one has a certain person, and runs through the town next to her, reading the book over his shoulder. And in the last, a director of a planned reservoir simulate a theft by three thugs to conceal their fraudulent administration, but Shurik stands guard.
