MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2005 film?

Dylan is a 16 year old boy suffering from a cancer that will soon result in death. His mother, Carol, takes you on television to explain the case and when Dylan ask what his last wish, this situation which takes quite a good mood states that would like to spend some time alone with Nikki Slater, one famous top model and sex symbol. Carol, once the surprise decides to help her son and contact an association that is dedicated to serving requests adolescents with terminal illnesses to have one last great experience. Meanwhile, Nikki, who has had a bad press lately, will be forced to accede to the desire of the boy.
