MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1937 film?

A very generous young singer tries to help succeed the orchestra the "Hundred Men ", a team of retired musicians living in a guest house. However, the person who is concerned about his father, the most unfortunate of the group. Actually, the orchestra what it lacks is a leader with charisma. Scene then enters the legendary conductor Leopold Stowkowski, who subsequently reluctant to listen to the girl, is captivated by hearing the Hungarian Rhapsody No. 2 by Liszt played by the ragged hundred musicians on the steps of a building.
