MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2000 film?

After his confinement in prison, two half-brothers have hardly been seen in their youth meet again. One of them, dubbed " 20/20 " Mike, organizes a plan to take over the drug carried by camels. The coup frahogar when Billy's older brother, shoots and kills traffickers. The brothers are locked in an abandoned building. " 20/20 " Mike seeks help from a former cellmate, Tony, who believed dead. Little do they know that the drug is stolen belongs to the head of Tony. And now he just wants to see them dead ..
