MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1951 film?

Jim Wilson is a violent police, embittered by the daily contemplation of the criminal world. His sullen and expeditious methods to capture suspects will create constant conflicts with colleagues and superiors. Finally, to get him away from the city for a while, they commit a murder case in a remote mountainous area. Once there, his personality will give a twist, because, on the one hand, its relationship with the father of the victim, a man bent on revenge, and, secondly, to Mary Malden, sister of the murderer, a teenager sensitive, able to understand the temperament and solitude of Wilson.
