MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2003 film?

In Peru, in September 2000, a TV channel released a video in which Vladimiro Montesinos, head of the Intelligence and adviser to President Alberto Fujimori, bought the "services " of an opposition congressman. It was the starting point that allowed revealing the monstrous apparatus of corruption that permeated judges, prosecutors, military, businessmen, diplomats, owners of TV channels and newspapers, who Montesinos in an effort to perpetuate the power of government, recorded with cameras hidden while negotiating " financial arrangements ". The first video broadcast that generated a public outcry that led to the fall of the regime and the discovery of a network of corruption that reached dimensions never seen. Through six parallel stories that take place during this time of deep crisis in the country, tells the moral decomposition that flooded the different strata and generations of Peruvian society.
