MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1955 film?

Set in post-war Austria, divided into four sectors: American English, French and Russian. Due to a legal misunderstanding, Colonel Eisenstein should spend a few months in prison. His wife Rosalinda is soon starting a romance with Alfred Westerman, an American officer that to rescue the reputation of the teenager posing as her husband. Adaptation of the operetta "Die Fledermaus " by Johann Strauss.
