MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2009 film?

The oceans are becoming a garbage dump. The indiscriminate dumping of plastic waste and chemicals seriously endanger the food chain. The figures are really dramatic: the total waste dumped in the oceans annually, 80 % are plastic objects. Each square meter of the surface of oceans and seas contain thousands of harmful waste from this equipment. The scientific community has warned of the extent of contamination of our maritime space and the harmful effects of this environmental disaster is causing species that dwell therein. In this interesting documentary Odyssey presents 'll see how in the Netherlands have been cases of seabirds and fish that have died due to intake of this type of waste, or as whales and dolphins in California suffer a painful death caused by the same reason. What will be the impact of this " plastic pollution " on the world if we do not stop it ? What can we do to mitigate its harmful effects ?.
