MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1949 film?

The beautiful wife of Dr. Clive Riordan comes home one night with Bill Kronin American diplomat. Riordan, consumed by jealousy that produce repeated adventures of her mistress, decides to liquidate his new rival and plans, using his knowledge of psychiatry, the perfect murder.
