MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1992 film?

What exactly did Samuel to that time of night in the desert spring is something that no one can ever know for sure. In fact, the Lord Eloi a retired Marine, I found staring at the river Tagus. Would you be there to end his days ? So it was that when Samuel, symbolically or not, invited him to share his last dive, Mr. Eloi went to a last resort. Stopping to Samuel and telling it that " Heaven Can Wait ", invited him to tour the city.
