MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2004 film?

Regina is a lady of 65, who lives in Copacabana and leads a pretty boring life. In an attempt to transform his humdrum existence, working as an informant for the local police. The task forces her to keep her eyes always alert, in search of illegally parked vehicles, or jaywalkers. Re -gina When you get tired of that task, starts chasing Carteris - tas and anyone who wanders the streets. She also talks too much, creating suspicion among its neighbors. One night, while spy what happens in other departments, meets a man about to murder his wife. But after reporting to the police, she falls asleep in the chair. The next morn-ing, the police chief Regina informs that the man she had suspected he was committing a heinous crime, was none other than Camargo, a respected judge, who administered drugs to his ailing wife, dying at that time. The police also reported that the lady died later of natural causes, and immediately suspends Regina in their tasks. Enraged and desperate, she decides to bus -car guilt evidence the judge. Shortly thereafter, Regina Camargo surprises on the street. Although in principle dis- trust him, then you think the judge is really person concerned in it.
