MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1954 film?

Costa traveled from Africa to London eager to meet his nephew Amadeu to see with their own eyes how has invested vast sums of money he has been sending. Amadeu "rents " for 24 hours, a wife, a villa, a car and a maid to not discover the lies he has told his uncle. All is well, however Costa decides to extend his stay for two weeks.
