MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1995 film?

After unfaithful to the girl onetime an excessive amount of, Fred's spouse has him shot dead by a killer. However, Fred manages to persuade Death to make a deal: he will receive back their life if he frees from their misery three women whoever hearts he'd broken at life time. This task isn't easy, but he receives assistance from wallflower Rita and from his mom who has been dead for 5 years...
