MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2008 film?

The city of Santa Maria is sumidiéndose into chaos as a military faction is ready to take power in a coup. Ossorio, a man who used to call home to Santa Maria, returns to the city in the darkest time, determined to save the woman who loves a sad fate in the hands of a violent mob. Ossorio While searching for her love, meets Victoria in a dilapidated hotel, which in turn introduces him to her dad Barcala, who in exchange for money is predisposed to carry Ossorio and another passenger on his boat to escape the city. Ossorio is determined to pay what they ask, but will get to find the woman before the ship sails ?
