MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1934 film?

Jerry is a cat burglar who is engaged in theft of jewelry. Although happily married, his wife wants to leave that kind of life, she wants to have children. One day they are visited by Penny, Jerry's daughter, who has grown up with the family of his late mother.
