MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2003 film?

State of Montana, 1955. Within two days, the town of Northfork will cease to exist: be submerged under water due to the implementation of a hydroelectric project. The plains disappear, the center houses will be swept by the waters and the inhabitants of Northfoolk will have to migrate to higher ground. However, a small team of heroic neighbors are reluctant to leave the city.
