MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2001 film?

Tells the story of several people, "normal people". All agreed on the same bar: the owner, concerned about the education of the people, which has led to his bar is nearly empty, the waiter, who is in love with an actress, and guests: a teenager who fought in the war and now can not find work, another that after buying a bike after three years of hard work in Canada, you have to pay a fortune in paperwork necessary to conduct it, and neither have nor want to pay, a girl abused by her boyfriend ; and Toma, ambulance driver, looking to drop everything and run away from there, traumatized by the experience he had last year in the bombings that rocked Belgrade in 1999.
