MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1970 film?

Third and most popular addition to delivering the Stray Cat Rock series, produced by Nikkatsu between 1970 and 1971. In this installment racist band under the name Eagles, whose leader has subsequently racial prejudice that in addition black American soldier rape his sister, began a crusade to, in short, apalizar city and expel several young mestizos. However, they will encounter fierce resistance from a mongrel named Kazuma, whom Mako and his band of criminals girls help.
