MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2012 film?

Nono wants to be like his father - the best inspector of police of the world - but is constantly getting into trouble. Two days before his Bar Mitzvah, takes him to his uncle Sjmoel, who supposedly going to straighten it. However, along the train ride Nono has one last chance to prove himself ... Along with master thief Felix Glick - an old acquaintance of his father - for the train and enters a world of costumes, persecucciones, French chansons and Zohara, a mysterious wife whose secrets will change Nono's life forever. Award winning film of Young Audiences of EFA.
