MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2000 film?

Doraemon, Nobita and his friends go through the secret tool called " time hole " and reach Mayana, the Mayan Empire. They meet the prince of Mayana: Nobita surprisingly it and look like two drops of water. Nobita and Prince changed clothes and decide to live on the planet each other for a while. However, not everything is rosy. A fearsome witch capable of using black magic intends to dominate the country Mayana.
