MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2002 film?

Salva is a poor neighborhood kid who makes a living on the subway with his friend Angel. But there comes a moment when begging does not work. When observing the success of any type of televangelists, psychics and other hucksters that swarm televisions, decide to do the same. They are dedicated to promoting a concoction then healing powers, the " Heavenly Vermouth " yet end up in jail. Then appears on the scene "Mano Dura ", a reality show where you decide if people sentenced to death can be saved or not. The presenter, burdened by the drop in the audience, Salva sees the possibility of lifting the program. Salva down so well that the audience released and turns it into a mass phenomenon.
