MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1968 film?

The Ensign Miguel Aguirre dream is to become a military pilot but an argument with a superior point is to make him abandon his studies, had it not been for the intervention of his mother and his girlfriend, Louise. The first destination is Miguel Granada airbase. There he meets an attractive young woman, Patricia, which takes about an American tourist.
