MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1982 film?

A paranoid defender of traditional Neapolitan music, is against the idea of the music festival " New Naples", which sounds to the rhythm of rock and saxophone. The anonymous calls himself " Funiculì Funiculà " and threatens to kill anyone participating in the festival, including the actor Massimo Troisi. Two journalists of the newspaper " Il Mattino ", a photographer from the north and a shy Neapolitan addresses the obituary section are on the trail of sabotage.
