MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2002 film?

Tim decides to celebrate his 21st birthday gathering his best friends in an old Scottish mansion. The arrival of an unexpected guest bring to light the horrors of the past in Scotland. Ghost is the owner of the property, an old Scottish patriot tortured and killed by the English invaders, who has returned to satisfy their thirst for revenge. The murderous spirit is able to own any of the teens, making it an involuntary murderer. Caught in a supernatural nightmare, no one knows who is next murderer or how to stop the deadly chain that will continue to kill them all. A remake called Nueve vidas (2005) was made based on this movie.
