MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2002 film?

Based on actual chronicle, that of a nightmare that paralyzed the city of Los Angeles for months, this film tells the terrific chronicle of Richard Ramirez, the serial murderer known as "The Night Hunter ", a paranoid psychopath possessed by demons who spent his nights roaming the streets in search of blood fluid. According begin to show men and women killed in their own houses, a rookie cop, Gabriella Martinez, vows to stop him. After a relentless pursuit, Gabriella manages to find him, and come face to face with the beast, in the summer of 1985 a serial murderer terrorized Los Angeles. He was known as " The Night Hunter ". This is his story.
