MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1989 film?

A man is executed for the murder of a young woman. In life, the alleged murderer was the leader of a violent biker gang. Before dying, Santor Devil insists on his innocence before the witnesses of his execution, and warns that it will take revenge, which will kill, really. A few days later, Manatee Beach, will be invaded by thousands of teens on vacation. The local police chief is warned that Diablo's body has disappeared from his tomb. They soon begin a series of bloody crimes: Victims are deceived by Devil Santor and electrocuted in the seat of the bike.
