MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2012 film?

Lula is a transvestite prostitute with a suspect like Dorothy from " The Wizard of Oz ". Samantha is her best friend, and wearing earrings in the form of bones and leopard-print leggings, as Wilma Flintstone. There is also a pimp pissed that almost never takes off his sunglasses. And a gypsy who smokes cigars and he knows everything. And Hollywood stars stuck on room walls crumbling. And a parking lot full of whores, bulbs and revelry. And Jesus Christ.
