MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1977 film?

Based on one of the most beloved stories of Charles Dickens. Nicholas and his family have enjoyed a pleasant and comfortable life, but when his father dies, they fall into ruin. So, the family goes to London to ask for help from Uncle Ralph. What they ignore is that it only intention is to exploit and break it up. So Nicholas is sent as a teacher at a school dominated by the cruel Wackford Squeers. But escapes with his comrade Smike, and the two embark on the adventure to find and reunite his family. A remake called La leyenda de Nicholas Nickleby (2002) was made based on this movie.
