MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1997 film?

Marcy suffers from a rare seizures and tics, known as Tourette syndrome. When heavily medicated may pass as a normal person, however with some strange ways of being. When you are flying free, without any medication and under the influence of some psychotropic, his paranoia and his attacks can be very violent schizophrenic. Marcy makes empty promises, vows, acting belligerently and drink too much alcohol. One afternoon, while purchasing a few bottles of cheap alcohol meets Seth.
