MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2009 film?

Lucy Hill is an ambitious -and-coming executive living in Miami, also delighted with her lifestyle in the bustling city. She loves her shoes, she loves her cars and she loves climbing the corporate ladder positions. When an overnight offer a temporary position away from your city, in a small rural Minnesota to restructure a factory, Lucy accepts immediately, knowing that a big promotion is not far behind. But what begins as a simple job turns out to be an experience that will change your life, and that Lucy will find greater meaning in their lives and also, unexpectedly, the lord of your dreams.
