MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1980 film?

José Manuel Gómez Perales, alias " El Jaro ", lives in Madrid with his band and his " girlfriends ". One day he meets a Mexican prostitute who falls for him and offers his house to remove him from the world of crime. Jaro accepts the shelter, however continues to hits with his band. One day he meets a teenage drug addict and falls for her.
