MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1983 film?

Rosco Frazer is a friendly traveler who wanders the highways and almost gets hit by a huge truck driven by two strong guys. Doug O'Riordan, a giant bearded, just out of prison and is enjoying his meal in a rest area, when Rosco found the truck parked there, with the help of Doug, Rosco achieved revenge on the two types. From there, triggering a series of events that will lead to be taken first by looters and later by special agents travel on a special mission.
