MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2012 film?

Sequel to the 2002 film piece "Naked Weapon". In this sequel to the chronicle focuses on an agent from Interpol that 15 years ago, rout the business of a drug cartel, so that the organization of murderers, " Madame Rose ", killed his family for revenge at the request of poster. But his little daughter survived and is now in the hands of " Mademe Rose," I have been brainwashed and has become a "sexy killer" called Phoenix, the best assassin of the organization, which will have a new goal to the agent Interpol, his own father.
