MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1999 film?

Fraser is a child who belongs to a distinguished Scottish family living in an idyllic family farm. The house is under the tight control of the matriarch, Gamma. Although the house is full of animals and children, works through the efforts of Gamma and Fraser's mother, Moira. Instead, Fraser's dad is a crackpot inventor, a misunderstood genius. In this relaxed atmosphere, comes home Uncle Morris, sole heir to the estate of Gamma, with his beautiful French girlfriend Heloise. His appearance will change relationships and the fate of the family of an irreversibly.
