Written, directed, produced by and starring Jonathan Holiff, the son of the late Saul Holiff ,, My Father And The Man In Black is a documentary about Johnny Cash, which focuses on the perspective of Saul. Throughout the day, audiotapes and archival footage, Jonathan Holiff investigate and understand about the father he never got to meet, discuss how the money was always first in Saul's life and how intense pressure work led to problems with drink and drugs and prevented him from being the father of loving family that Jonathan and his brother wanted it to be.
