MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1990 film?

Vinnie Antonelli, a gangster who has availed the Witness Protection Program, is installed in Fryburg, a quiet little town in California, with the intention of starting a new life. However, his arrival will alter the peaceful life of the people, especially the FBI agent in charge of their protection. Meanwhile, Hannah Stubbs, the inflexible assistant district attorney, Vinnie suspected. This film is a remake of La cigüeña se demora (1950), the remakes are new versions of the same story.
