MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1981 film?

The inhabitants of a small mining town decide to celebrate Valentine's Day for the first time in 20 years. Were allowed to organize celebrations for at that date, two decades ago, there was an accident in the mine, because even those responsible for the safety of it were at the party. The sole surviving miner killed the culprits and warned the city that never again celebrate Valentines Day. This movie is part of the My Bloody Valentine trilogy (1981).
