MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2008 film?

In 2707, the natural resources of the earth were finished, and the world is dominated by four corporations that are at war. During a battle between two of them, a machine transforms soldiers and civilians in hordes of mutants. A part of the population manages to flee to Mars. Brother Samuel, a faithful follower of God and the Chronicles, a bible about the mutants ancestral, decides to visit the leading corporations in search of a ship and twenty men for a suicide mission.
