MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2004 film?

Set in Sin City, Las Vegas, "Murder in September Pieces" tells the story of a fashion photographer whose vocation is true serial murderer. This murderer of Nazi ascendancy youthful and dispatches a victim after another in an orgy of blood fluid, sex and brutality that keeps you guessing to the people of Las Vegas and surrounding areas. The only person who seems suspicious of him is a girl of 11 years, Jade, who immediately suspicious of the strange new boyfriend of his sister Charlotte. But if the girl wants to stop him before he kills his sister must be placed in the very heart of darkness.
