MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2003 film?

Gonzalo Bonadeo Research journalist on a screenplay by Ezequiel Fernández Moores, the documentary shows clearly the narcotic effect that had the '78 World society in Argentina, when goals from Kempes hid the horrors of dictatorship.
