MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1955 film?

A sailor discovers a dying man says that before the expiration of a name: Mr. Arkadin. After a series of investigations, the sailor gives him enigmatic character: a millionaire, owner of industrial and financial empire, who lives with his daughter locked in a mansion in the French Riviera. Once located, the very Arkadin, suffering from amnesia, calls for an investigation into his past.
