MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2003 film?

Ten months after the events of " Infernal Affairs I", Ming is transferred to the Internal Affairs section. Meanwhile, a new player emerges in the police force, it is Yeung, Ming suspects which can be another mole sent by the triads. Three years earlier, Yan joins Sam band, but this is not going to make it easy and requires him to be at risk while negotiating with Shen, an enigmatic villain of China. Fearing that Yan is out of control, the superindentendente Wong sends his agent to Dr. Lee. Gradually, Yan will develop a special friendship with the psychologist.
