MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2008 film?

The planet is facing a great threat. Coinciding with a drought, a group of scammers is proposed to remove the remaining water reserves on earth. The world's top secret agents are meeting urgently but do not have any clue. To make matters worse, the evil Botijola attempt against the meeting, to end in this way with all agents. His intention is to make the drink that bears its name in the Water replacement. To do this, try to kidnap the professor also Bacterio. However, there are two things that lacked Botijola. For one, Bacteriology, before being kidnapped and hid the pieces of his invention in different historical moments, using the time machine.
